Abstract
Hoy en día con tantas alternativas de carreras profesionales o técnicas para el trabajo se hace cada vez más difícil que el joven tome la decisión adecuada y acertada para formar su futuro, es allí en el momento de tomar la decisión donde se requiere que haya una adecuada y acertada orientación profesional si este proceso no se ha venido recibiendo en su pertinencia durante la educación media. En este trabajo se quiere dar a conocer los programas que adelanta el Ministerio de Educación, y se conoce la importancia de la orientación profesional como un proceso que se debe fortalecer durante los años, no al instante de graduarse de bachiller, se propone unas estrategias para que este proceso sea de gran ayuda en la formación profesional y se reduzca la deserción estudiantil y el estudiante se proyecte como un profesional feliz y satisfecho útil a la sociedad.
Nowadays exist a lot of university degree or technical that realice more difficult that the teenagers take a correct decison to make their future, is in this part of the live the appropriate moment when is necessary a suitable profesional orientation, if this process didn´t impart during the middle school. In this work we want to inform the program that education ministry promote and make public why is important the vocational orientation like a process that shoul be strengthened during the years ando not just the momento of graduation, in this text will raise the strategy for that process will be help in the profesional formation and reduce the scolar academic desertion and the student make his future like a happy an satisfied worker in the society.
