The primordial importance of the study focuses on how glimpse has been building the citizen and the active role of schools in shaping individuals to point to a "good citizen" depending on how you think according to a certain time, especially through the analysis of the 1863 constitutions, 1886 and 1991. In addition, the above is recreated by a specific study, attached to the International Baccalaureate (IB) bilingual schools, focusing on one of its components called: Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) since these institutions are targeting the global context and downplay the local and national. However, the results showed that unconsciously are working the three contexts (Global, national and local). The activities conducted by the CAS students component, envisioned an approach to their town and create a sense of belonging to the nation, but also to think about the other. Glocal showing concern (in relation to the global to the local).
