Abstract
Es la administración de todos los ingresos y gastos del sector público la cual se debe hacer una manera eficaz y eficiente.
Esta política tiene como objetivo facilitar e incentivar el buen desempeño de la economía nacional para lograr niveles aceptables o sobresalientes de crecimiento social, ambiental y político, con metas de inflación, desempleo, salud, educación, seguridad, entre otros. Igualmente, busca evitar fluctuaciones en la economía.” (LABLAA, 2006).
It is the management of all revenue and expenditure of the public sector which should make an effective and efficient manner.
This policy aims to facilitate and encourage the good performance of the national economy to achieve acceptable or outstanding levels of social , environmental and political growth , with inflation targeting, unemployment, health , education, security , among others.
