| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Urinary incontinence is a common problem worldwide, causing costs to patients and further shame on individuals. As a subjective problem is difficult to quantify and stage. Using questionnaires allows the evaluation of an easy and non-invasive evaluation of this pathology. Through validation ICIQ-SF, we intend to show the applicability in our environment, its use in clinical and tally with the pad test and urodynamic. MATERIALS AND METHODS This work was developed in the service of urodynamics military hospital and clinic of women, female patients who came to the realization of procedure to such service, where they conducted a questionnaire of sociodemographic variables, the questionnaire was applied the ICIQ-UI SF, collecting a test pad test was indicated in 24 hours, and this was compared with the urodynamic .2 weeks later the same ICIQ was made. categorical variables, sociodemographic and clinical distributions were evaluated by absolute and relative frequencies, and further agreement between the questionnaire, pad test and urodynamic be determined. Results The mean age was 56.1 years (37-73), average weight of 66.85 kg (57-88.6), average height 1.57m (1.50-1.68). 21 of 63 patients were not in menopause (33.3%), 5 in early menopause (7.9%), and 37 in late menopause (58.7%). 14% of patients had a history of correction of pelvic organ prolapse, and 52.4% had a history of surgery abdominaAl when assessing the internal validity of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the 2 administrations of the questionnaire, finding values of 0.60 and 0.678. It was found that the questions 3,4,5 questionnaire (given a score) have a statistically significant agreement. Question 6, only b, c, e, g are consistent CONCLUSIONS: The internal validity of the questionnaire is weak, but the match is right. adequate correlation in pure SUI on urodynamic diagnosis in questions 3,4,5, but not in the final summation. | eng |
