Abstract
Con el devenir de los procesos y actividades económicas que se llevan a cabo en el país, desde mucho tiempo atrás se pudo identificar cómo la asociación de personas y organizaciones que cumplían tareas afines les permitía alcanzar de una manera más eficiente los objetivos propuestos dentro de su actividad comercial.
En esa medida nacen los gremios como respuesta a las necesidades y retos que han traído los cambios en el entorno comercial, los cuales van más allá de las fronteras de un país, y se enmarcan en conceptos como la globalización, el comercio exterior, las multinacionales, entre otros.
With the evolution of economic processes and activities carried out in the country for a long time was identified as the association of individuals and organizations who met related tasks allowed them to achieve more efficiently the objectives within their Comercial activity.
To that extent the unions born in response to the needs and challenges that have brought changes in the business environment, which go beyond the borders of a country and fall under concepts such as globalization, foreign trade, multinational , among others.
