Abstract
El presente artículo intenta determinar cuál es el alcance del Derecho a la Defensa Técnica y Material en audiencias de Imputación de cargos, cuando el delito que se investiga, al ser querellable es competencia del Juzgado Penal Municipal; y el Defensor Público es un Estudiante de Derecho de últimos semestres. Lo que se buscará entonces será crear un manual a seguir para la futura implementación en las Universidades de Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) de convenios con el Sistema de Defensoría Pública, de manera tal que prime la defensa del sindicado y este se materialice de una manera técnica y controlada.
This article discusses what is the scope of the right to Material and Technical Defense in the Imputation Audience when the crime under investigation, being complaint, is competition of the Municipal Criminal Court; and the Public Defender is a law student from last semester. What is then sought is to create a manual for future implementation at the Universities of Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) agreements with the Public Defender System, so that prime the defense of the accused and this will materialize in a technical way and controlled.
