Abstract:	Esta investigación da cuenta de la necesidad de fortalecer el sistema de la cadena logística para potencializar no solo el acceso a mejores materias primas (cebada, malta, levadura y lúpulo) sino la distribución a mayor cantidad de sectores, debido al crecimiento que ha tenido la cerveza artesanal entre los consumidores nacionales, así como la posible exportación del producto debido a la solicitud de potenciales clientes provenientes de Europa y Estados Unidos.
Abstract:	This research realizes the need to strengthen the supply chain system to potentiate not only better access to raw materials (barley , malt , yeast and hops) but distribution to as many sectors due to the growth that has taken the Brew among domestic consumers as well as the possible export of the product due to the request of potential customers from Europe and United States.
