dc.description.abstract | Luego de muchas investigaciones realizadas, alrededor del mundo se ha logrado evidenciar, que en la práctica clínica, ocurren muchos errores inherentes a la prestación del servicio, no solo por la enfermedad de base que aqueja a un paciente, sino por las practicas clínicas que desempeña el personal , que tiene responsabilidad sobre este individuo.
Estos casos adversos se evidencian no solo con el personal médico, sino con la parte asistencial y paraclinica, de las diferentes entidades de salud. Quienes con un certero conocimiento de seguridad del paciente, podrían evitar complicaciones de salud en cada uno de los usuarios que requieren de estos servicios. Es propio crear conciencia y responsabilidad vital sobre todo el proceso, desde el ingreso del paciente a la institución, hasta un seguimiento posterior a su egreso y de esta manera prestar un servicio integral y humano. | spa |
