Resumen
En Colombia, igual que en muchos otros países, miles de personas, una vez se convierten en padres de familia o incluso desde el momento de la fecundación, olvidan las obligaciones que les corresponden, entre otras, el sostenimiento económico que necesita el nasciturus desde el vientre de la madre, vulnerando de esta manera los Derechos Fundamentales de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, tales como el derecho a tener un padre y una madre, el derecho a una alimentación equilibrada, el derecho a la recreación, el derecho a vivir en un ambiente sano, entre otros.
Los alimentos que un padre debe a sus hijos, no son solamente el dinero que mensualmente debe aportar para la manutención, sino también brindar amor, protección, cariño, respeto, y generar un ambiente que les permita desarrollarse y crecer como seres útiles a la sociedad.
Entre los mecanismos implementados por el Estado Colombiano para garantizar la protección de estos derechos, se encuentra la tipificación de la Inasistencia alimentaria como delito, al cual se hace referencia en el presente trabajo desde la perspectiva de la normatividad colombiana frente al derecho de alimentos.
In Colombia, as in many other countries, thousands of people, once they become parents or even from the moment of fertilization, forget the obligations, including the financial support needed for the unborn child from the womb, thus violating the fundamental rights of children and adolescents, such as the right to have a father and a mother, the right to a balanced diet, the right to recreation, the right to live in a healthy environment, among others.
Foods that a parent because children are not only the money monthly to provide for the support, but also give love, protection, affection, respect, and create an environment that allows them to develop and grow as a useful beings to society .
Among the mechanisms implemented by the Colombian government to ensure the protection of these rights is the definition of food Absence offense, it referred to in this work from the perspective of Colombian law against the right food.
