Resumen
En la actualidad las organizaciones se preocupan, cada vez más, por retener su talento humano y generar estrategias que permitan a los trabajadores estar satisfechos con su vida laboral y tener un equilibrio con su vida personal. Esto con el fin de asegurar su salud tanto mental como física, permitiendo un incremento de su productividad comprometiéndolos con la organización y creando sentido de pertenencia, para llegar a tener reconocimiento como una empresa familiarmente responsable (IESE, 2005) y, por último, generar mayores rendimientos para sus socios. Sin embargo, la gestión del talento humano no es tarea fácil, su objetivo fundamental es buscar el equilibrio entre lo que quiere la organización y lo que quieren las personas y, a su vez, empatar a las personas con la organización.
La gestión del talento humano está compuesta por una serie de actividades las cuales terminar siendo complementarias unas con otras. Prestar especial atención a cada una de ellas puede contribuir al desarrollo de esta gestión como ventaja competitiva sostenible y difícilmente imitable por la competencia.
Today, organizations are increasingly concerned in retaining their human talent and generating strategies that allow workers to be satisfied with their working life and have equilibrium with their personal life. This, aiming the assurance of mental and physical health of the workforce, allowing an increase in productivity compromising them with the organization and creating belonging sense to reach knowledge as a family responsible company (IESE, 2005) and finally, generate more revenues for the partners. Nonetheless, human talent management isn’t an easy task, its fundamental objective is the balance between what the organization wants and what the workforce wants and at the same time, engaging people with the organization.
Management of human talent is composed by different activities which can end up being complementary with each other. Paying special attention to each of them can contribute to the development of this management as an advantage that results competitive, sustainable and difficult to imitate by the competition.
