Abstract
Las Normas Internacionales de Auditoria (NIA) son un conjunto de pautas de Auditoria obligatorias para todas las empresas ya sean grandes, medianas y pequeñas a nivel nacional. Dichas normas son expedidas por la Federación Internacional de Contadores (IFAC). Las Normas Internacionales de Auditoría (NIA) se deben implementar en las organizaciones que cumplan con requisitos estipulados, tanto del grupo 1 como las empresas que aplican que estén en grupo 2 y 3. Para las pymes su aplicación debe realizarse desde Enero del 2016, a diferencia de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera que cuentan con tres grupos de aplicación, las NIA solo poseen un grupo de normas.
International Standards on Auditing (NIA) are a set of mandatory audit guidelines for all large, medium and small companies at the national level. These standards are issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). The International Standards on Auditing (NIA) should be implemented in organizations that comply with stipulated requirements, both in group 1 and the companies that apply in group 2 and 3. For medium businesses, their application must be made from January 2016 to Unlike International Financial Reporting Standards that have three application groups; ISAs only have one set of standards.
