Resumen
En este artículo se pretende verificar que con ocasión del cursante acuerdo de paz en Colombia existe la posibilidad de desconocer las obligaciones contraídas por Colombia al suscribir el Estatuto de Roma (ER) de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI), de allí la importancia que dicho acuerdo cumpla con los estándares de justicia penal internacional.
Así mismo se aborda el concepto de justicia transicional, en virtud del pretendido acuerdo de paz que busca el gobierno Colombiano para darle fin al conflicto; Así mismo se aclara el significado y fin de la priorización de casos que propone la Fiscalía General de la Nación (FGN).
Se concluye con una serie de ejercicios hermenéuticos sobre la importancia que en el eventual acuerdo de paz en nuestro país se cumplan con las prescripciones de la CPI con miras a acabar la impunidad.
This article is intended to verify that on the occasion of the trainee peace agreement in Colombia is possible to ignore the obligations of Colombia to sign the Rome Statute (ER) of the International Criminal Court (ICC), hence the importance of this agreement meets the standards of international justice and protection of victims of crimes within the jurisdiction of the international criminal court.
Outlines the meaning scope and oblations acquired by Colombia with the ICC, in the midst of non-international armed conflict in our country.
Similarly addresses the concept of transitional justice under peace agreement intended the Colombian government seeks to put an end to the conflict, it clarifies the meaning and purpose of the proposed prioritizing cases the Attorney General's Office (FGN) mentioned the occasion of the peace agreement and indicates the consequences of their implementation.
It concludes with a series of exercises on the importance of hermeneutics in the eventual peace agreement in our country is complying with the requirements of the ICC in order to end impunity.
