Resumen
Durante finales del siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI, el sector energético ha tenido una serie de afectaciones debido al posicionamiento del Estado colombiano en el trópico ecuatorial, el cual ha incidido en la formación del fenómeno del niño, que ha afectado el sector energético, debido a la utilización en un 69.9 % del sector hidráulico, seguido de la generación de energía a base de gas natural, cuyos porcentajes son del 24.8 %, posterior el carbón que equivale al 4.9 %, cogeneración 0.3 % y finalmente, eólica que equivale al 0.1 % . Se ha buscado mitigar estas afectaciones a través de una serie de elementos jurídicos y políticos que no han tenido una gran incidencia en el sector. At the end of the 20th century and starting on the 21th century, the energy sector have been a series of affectations from the Colombia State’s position in the equatorial tropic, which has affected in “el Niño” phenomenon that has harmed the energetic sector because the utilization of 69 .9 % is in the hydraulic sector, after of the energy generation in base of natural gas that has as percentage of 24.8 %, then, the carbon that is equivalent to 4.9 %, cogeneration 0,3 % and finally, Eolic that is equivalent to 0,1 %, Colombia has searching mitigate these affectations through a serie of juridic elements and political’s that have not been a strong incidence in this sector.
