Abstract
The curriculum is being viewed in a closed, compact, with no opportunity to go beyond, to transcend, so much so that in some educational institutions, it seems that it must take an established logical order, has reached the limit of questioning the teacher, if by the development of the class or of a topic in general is worked with a different text that is not specified in the socialized curriculum at the beginning of the semester or school year, a reflection call is made to make the concept of curriculum more flexible beyond a program or a simple curriculum, so that it looks more like a complete learning process, where the human resource along with its needs and strengths are the main actor of development with the aim of completing an educational project. The reader has also been contextualized with the curriculum that is not written, that can not be seen but can be identified and that is implicit in the training offered by each school or university, this concept is called the Hidden Curriculum, seen as an identity that is constructed in one or another institution and gives a kind profile, such as the way of greeting, dressing, expressing oneself, in short a series of special and characteristic behaviors in each student.
