Abstract
El presente artículo es un estudio de revisión bibliográfica que incluye análisis de documentos, estudios de logística de infraestructura de transporte, que han publicado entidades gubernamentales como la Presidencia de la República, Congreso de la República, Ministerio de Transporte, DNP-Departamento Nacional de Planeación, CPC-Concejo Privado de Competitividad, con el fin de desarrollar la Política Nacional Logística en Colombia, y que al estudiarlos permitieron identificar las dificultades que se han presentado en la implementación de las políticas de logística, para tener un país más productivo, competitivo y conectado en todos sus modos de transporte. La metodología que se siguió fue la de consultar los documentos publicados en los últimos años sobre logística de infraestructura de transporte, para realizar un estudio comparativo y luego exponer los resultados.
This article is a bibliographic review study that includes analysis of documents, studies, transport infrastructure logistics, published by government entities such as the Presidency of the Republic, Congress of the Republic, Ministry of Transportation, DNP-National Department of Planning, CPC-Private Council of Competitiveness, in order to develop the National Logistics Policy in Colombia, and that by studying them allowed to identify the difficulties that have arisen in the implementation of logistics policies, to have a more productive country, competitive and connected in all modes of transport. The methodology followed was to consult the documents published in recent years on transport infrastructure logistics, to conduct a comparative study and then expose the results.
