Abstract
The tax inspector as an inspection and control institution has only focused on compliance with certain standardized protocols in the operation of the tasks, in most cases it is only seen as a requirement to give public faith by signing it in tax returns and in reports for companies that are obliged to have this figure in organizations, forgetting the great responsibility they have in charge. Due to this lack of competition in the field of execution errors or gaps appear with respect to the regulations committing frauds such as tax evasion, in many cases this fraud also occurs due to the lack of character of the tax inspector against the interests of his and her clients, becoming part-accomplices of illegal activities, but the change in regulations so frequent and the inequity of the tax system is also one of the causes that managers and executives take inappropriate attitudes to Benefit companies, including their internal control processes in helping not to typify and hide actions or make them up so that they are detected by the inspection entities. That is why it is extremely important that the fiscal auditor is very skeptical in his work because his por performance leads to investigations, sanctions and processes administrative, civil, legal and criminal, also so that the profession does not continue to be demonstrated to society with high discredit.
