Abstract
The Military Forces is an organism in which a hierarchical pyramidal structure is well defined, where its members with the racking of time, knowledge and experience, they carry out functions and activities initially at the tactical level, later operational and finally at the strategic level, where the latter is in charge of planning, directing and innovating the institution's designs. To be able to reach this instance, people must comply with a profile and prior preparation that allows them to be part of a strategic collaborative multidisciplinary team, where human resources provide a final product supporting the decision maker, based on joint concepts, which are sustained in disciplines and knowledge areas that are materialized in a unified action.
