Abstract
El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el impacto que la pandemia del Covid-19 ha tenido en la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad de las empresas pyme, con la finalidad de identificar los recursos necesarios para continuar con un sistema de gestión eficiente y eficaz que contribuya a la certificación de las organizaciones que así lo buscan o que desean darle continuidad. La pandemia desencadenó situaciones negativas e impactantes a nivel mundial, las organizaciones decayeron, la economía se empezó a ver afectada catastróficamente, el desempleo aumentó considerablemente y el uso de los recursos tecnológicos no dió abasto, sin embargo esta emergencia sanitaria inesperada no tiene por qué impedir la buena marcha empresarial, por el contrario, es la oportunidad de definir estrategias, recursos y herramientas necesarias para darle continuidad al sistema y gestionar los cambios que vayan en pro de los procesos misionales de cada una de las organizaciones. El análisis se llevó a cabo a través de la búsqueda de bases de datos, artículos de referencia e informes publicados por los ministerios y entidades de control de Colombia, se indagaron las noticias emitidas por la Organización Internacional de Normalización ISO y se aplicaron entrevistas con preguntas abiertas a expertos conocedores en materia de implementación de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y a empleadores que viven la problemática de esta investigación.
The objective of this article is to analyze the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on the implementation of the Quality Management System of small and medium-sized companies, in order to identify the necessary resources to continue with an efficient management system and effective that contributes to the certification of organizations that seek it or wish to give it continuity. The pandemic unleashed negative and shocking situations worldwide, organizations declined, the economy began to be affected catastrophically, unemployment increased considerably and the use of technological resources did not cope, however this unexpected health emergency does not have to prevent Good business progress, on the contrary, is the opportunity to define strategies, resources and tools necessary to give continuity to the system and manage the changes that are in favor of the missionary processes of each of the organizations. The analysis was carried out through the search of databases, reference articles and reports published by the ministries and control entities of Colombia, the news issued by the International Organization for ISO Standardization was investigated and interviews with questions were applied open to knowledgeable experts in the implementation of Quality Management Systems and employers who experience the problem of this research.
