Abstract
La reciente crisis ocasionada por la pandemia COVID-19 ha representado un desafío importante en el logro de los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible ODS de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas, reto de escala mundial. Los efectos en la esfera global y regional repercuten claramente en el logro de los ODS. Colombia en su compromiso con la Agenda 2030 ha trazado metas para el cumplimiento de los ODS. Como consecuencia la pandemia ha generado actividades económicas suspendidas, menores ingresos reducción de las jornadas laborales crecimiento del desempleo afectando el avance del ODS No. 8 Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico. Si bien la coyuntura ha traído impactos negativos, se deben analizar con el objetivo de crear medidas urgentes para contrarrestar dichos impactos negativos. Como políticas de empleabilidad respetando los derechos de género, propiciando mecanismos para proteger los empleos de los sectores más vulnerables. Para el desarrollo del presente artículo se hizo necesario realizar una investigación bibliográfica del impacto negativo de la COVID-19 en el logro del ODS No. 8 en Colombia, ante las perspectivas de diferentes entes gubernamentales.
The recent crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has represented an important challenge in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, a challenge on a global scale. The effects in the global and regional sphere clearly have an impact on the achievement of the SDGs. Colombia, in its commitment to the 2030 Agenda, has set goals for the fulfillment of the SDGs. As a consequence, the pandemic has generated suspended economic activities, lower incomes, reduction of working hours, growth of unemployment, affecting the progress of SDG No. 8 Decent work and economic growth. Although the situation has brought negative impacts, they must be analyzed with the aim of creating urgent measures to counteract such negative impacts. As employability policies respecting gender rights, promoting mechanisms to protect the jobs of the most vulnerable sectors. For the development of this article, it was necessary to carry out a bibliographic investigation of the negative impact of COVID-19 on the achievement of SDG No. 8 in Colombia, given the perspectives of different government entities.
