Abstract

In turn, the participation of organic products obtained from cultivated or wild plants in world markets has gained strength due to many situations, one of these is the reality in which we have been immersed for about a year: the health crisis related to the pandemic. As a result of this, the general population has become aware of self-care and above all of the role that agricultural products have with respect to good food and nutrition for people.
