This trial seeks to determine each of the alternatives in which the logistics sector and the supply chain are directly or indirectly involved according to current demand since the inception of the COVID-19, taking into account Rules Governing the Transport Sector and how this will change the risk perspective in the process of returning to export and import work on a regular basis. Each country and the commercial interconnection, logistics chains, e-commerce and other related activities have had to adapt to the situation without setting aside the responsibilities, business and commercial purposes of each within the freight transport. Antonio Iglesias states: "One of the groups that are doing their bit to make the confinement in our home as bearable as possible is the logistics and transportation sector" (Iglesias, 2020). The commercial exchange not only covers the sale of a product, behind it there are endless processes and procedures linked to different variables that since the beginning of the pandemic have been in decline but, that have been allowed to improve and include in an operational process (production, transport and storage), administrative and physical and intellectual resources with the help of technology, the identification of risks and the treatment of these.
