Abstract
With the passing of time in this year 2021 where we have lived a pandemic that has been going on for more than a year and continues to affect people. The COVID19 crisis has had, among its multiple interruptions, a very critical one in families and educational systems. The tax blockage generated by the governments has caused a forced digitization of education at all levels in the United States and Europe where many people did not have the livelihood or the means to constantly attend these services if there was no daily income flow already that the economy was stopped by the governments. (Iivari et al., 2020). To address this problem, most companies and educational entities decided to make the decision to confine the population and introduce teleworking whenever possible, and to transfer academic training to online platforms for a long period of time, has meant relying exclusively on the digital resources for education at all levels of teaching and learning. In turn, this has revealed the deficiencies of the educational model implemented in each country, as well as the inequality of resources in terms of devices, connectivity, and the resulting work overload for families and teachers in their attempt to ensure the continuity of the academic year by telematic media (Ferguson, 2020; Schulze, 2020).
Clearly, in Latin America, digital media are not present in the vast majority of distant towns and cities, so the Government is creating programs where the vast majority of teachers can be vaccinated so that face-to-face education can be reassured for those who do not have it. access, but it must be certain that the return to the classroom will be mediated by the hygiene measures necessary to control the infection, this implies that digital inequality at home will be a key issue in educational planning at all levels. In this sense, this research work was carried out from an academic point of view, trying to compile information and articles on topics related to the use of development factors and influences to improve the productivity of said skills, taking into account the speed, the the way in which they learn and the instruments they use to improve the efficiency of learning in order to measure it and have data that is sufficient to make decisions that improve the cognitive performance of students.
