Abstract
Según las transformaciones sociales planteadas por la pandemia mundial que generada por el COVID 19. En el artículo se plantea un análisis y posible solución a los cambios y necesidades de las nuevas modalidades de estudio, trabajo, y diversas actividades vitales identificadas en el día a día de los habitantes de un espacio determinado.
A partir de ello, se genera un diseño de interiorismo, permitiendo un transformación progresiva y flexible de cada uno de los espacios, que según el análisis preliminar necesitan ser intervenidos. Obteniendo como resultado un proyecto, que, con las distintas etapas del mismo, permiten la ejecución efectiva y a tiempo del diseño propuesto en la vivienda, con el objetivo de frenar los efectos adversos derivados de una mala habitabilidad dentro del lugar de estudio, dando la posibilidad de crear y transformar los espacios en las diferentes opciones impuestas por los retos de transformación que plantea la pandemia del COVID 19, para comodidad y eficiencia de los habitantes del espacio..
Se plantea lo anterior en un caso puntual en la ciudad de Bogotá, en el edificio San Ambrosio del barrio el Batan.
According to the social transformations raised by the global pandemic generated by COVID 19. The article proposes an analysis and possible solution to the changes and needs of the new modalities such as study, work, and various vital activities identified on the day the daily life of the inhabitants of a given space.
From this, an interior design is generated, allowing a progressive and flexible transformation of each of the spaces, which according to the analysis need to be intervened. Obtaining as a result a project, which, with the different stages of the same, nourish and complement the new activities to be carried out in the house, with the aim of stopping the adverse effects derived from poor habitability within the study place, giving the possibility of create and transform spaces in the different options imposed by the transformation challenges posed by the COVID 19 pandemic.
The above is raised in a specific case in the city of Bogotá, in the San Ambrosio building in the El Batan neighborhood.
