Abstract
Tomando como referencia la nueva realidad en la que nos encontramos, con escenarios sociales complejos, el buen liderazgo va más allá de tener habilidades para saber manejar situaciones específicas. Hoy en día busca generar cambios novedosos con visiones más humanistas que traigan consigo transformaciones profundas que fomenten el desarrollo personal, social y económico de los trabajadores en pro de la consecución de los objetivos y metas de la empresa. Sin embargo, en la actualidad existen diferentes tipos de liderazgo pero que a causa de la cuarta Revolución Industrial y los cambios que esta conlleva en el mercado laboral algunos de ellos no son aplicables, podrían ser modificados o deben ser combinados con otras estrategias corporativas para generar beneficios.
Directivos de las empresas deben estar a la vanguardia de la actualidad mundial empresarial y de las dinámicas de mercado para obtener máximos beneficios sin caer en errores de una mala dirección a causa del desconocimiento del tema. Frente a lo anterior, el objetivo del presente trabajo estaría orientado a desarrollar un referente para aquellos gerentes que, viendo las distintas dinámicas de liderazgo, puedan tenerlas como referencia y aplicarlas de manera particular o combinar varias, con el propósito de una mejor gestión sus labores. Se pretenden tomar como referencia las formas de liderazgo existentes en la literatura académica y analizar su evolución bajo la lupa de la gestión del talento humano en la cuarta Revolución Industrial y aplicarla a estrategias organizacionales que impacten en el desarrollo productivo de las compañías.
Taking as a reference the new reality in which we find ourselves, with complex social scenarios, good leadership goes beyond having the skills to know how to handle specific situations. Nowadays, it seeks to generate novel changes with more humanistic visions that bring with them profound transformations that promote the personal, social and economic development of the workers in favor of the achievement of the objectives and goals of the company. However, at present there are different types of leadership but because of the fourth Industrial Revolution and the changes that it entails in the labor market, some of them are not applicable, could be modified or must be combined with other corporate strategies to generate Benefits.
Company executives must be at the forefront of current world business and market dynamics to obtain maximum benefits without falling into errors of bad direction due to ignorance of the subject. Faced with the above, the objective of this work would be aimed at developing a reference for those managers who, seeing the different leadership dynamics, can have them as a reference and apply them in a particular way or combine several, with the purpose of better managing their work. It is intended to take as a reference the existing forms of leadership in the academic literature and analyze its evolution under the magnifying glass of the management of human talent in the fourth Industrial Revolution and apply it to organizational strategies that impact the productive development of companies.
