Resumen
La salud y el bienestar de los trabajadores, sin importar el tipo de empresa, la actividad realizada o el sector al cual pertenecen es un reto permanente, constituyendo un tema de gran preocupación por la ocurrencia de accidentes que puedan afectar la seguridad y la integridad física de los mismos, también por causas asociadas a las condiciones de trabajo y a la no prevención de los riesgos laborales. Por esta razón, la protección de los trabajadores es un tema que ha tomado gran relevancia en las organizaciones del país.
El empleador tiene la obligación de garantizar la salud y la seguridad de sus colaboradores en todos los aspectos relacionados con su trabajo, y para ello debe realizar una correcta evaluación de riesgos laborales e implementar planes de salud ocupacional y prevención de riesgos, así como la atención de los siniestros laborales. El sector de la vigilancia privada es considerado de riesgo y en especial el psicosocial.
Lo anterior trae inmersa la responsabilidad empresarial de evaluar y hacer un análisis de las condiciones y funciones laborales para identificar y mitigar los riesgos psicosociales intralaborales de quienes hacen parte de la empresa, más aún cuando su afectación es evidente.

The private security sector is at risk, especially the psychosocial sector.
The foregoing brings with it the corporate responsibility to evaluate and analyze the working conditions and functions to find and mitigate the intra-labor psychosocial risks of those who are part of the company, even more so when their affectation is clear.
