The issues that have come into the agenda of the international community over the past two decades have included a host of issues and problems, including encentran: World poverty, environmental crises, drug trafficking and terrorism. But organ trafficking, especially in those areas with high concentrations of poverty and third world countries (Africa) has not been a priority within this agenda, there are regulations and documents that identify and point out the problem, but there are no real mechanisms and intending to give a strong monitoring and solution to this type of traffic; According to the arguments and evidence developed in this paper, it stated that the main cause is the lack of recognition of the problem, ie, disinterest and internal ignorance in every country and region of all issues surrounding human trafficking bodies in which internally is even a relevant issue in order to be treated and eradicated.
